With a focus on traffic law, I have acquired extensive knowledge and experience in over 30 years as a “Specialist Attorney for Traffic Law” (“Fachanwältin für Verkehrsrecht”) providing structured and economically targeted legal advice and support.

fter studying in Bonn (including a study abroad in Bari, Italy) and completing her legal clerkship in Cologne (with a foreign posting in Toronto, Canada), Ms. Banse began her career as a legal adviser at the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft zur Förderung der angewandten Forschung e.V.. She later spent over six years at a criminal law boutique in Cologne and a commercial law firm in Bonn. Since December 2019, she has been a certified specialist attorney in criminal law (“Fachanwältin für Strafrecht”) In Berlin, she worked in Business Development at the Embassy of the State of Israel before returning full-time to legal practice.
Her professional focus lies in criminal defence, particularly in white-collar crime and administrative offence law.
Ms. Banse speaks fluent German, English and Italian.

Yuliya Dite
Yuliya Dite is an experienced lawyer with profound knowledge in national and international law. She studied law at Perm State University in Russia and at Humboldt University of Berlin, giving her both strong legal qualifications and intercultural competence.

fter completing her studies in Germany, she completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court (Kammergericht) of Berlin. She began her legal career in Berlin as an attorney at the renowned law firm of Jörg Koch and later joined MALMENDIER LEGAL. During this time, she focused on general civil law, traffic law, and immigration law.
Ms. Dite advises clients in German and Russian and specialises in handling cross-border legal challenges professionally and solution-oriented. With her expertise and experience, she ensures that your legal matters are handled competently and efficiently.
